Salam Sukses! Semoga pancaran spirit dan optimisme menjadi bekal kesuksesan kita sehari-hari. Bersama ini Kami dari LP3S (Lembaga Pendidikan, Pelatihan, dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia) JUARA INDONESIA bermaksud menyelenggarakan sebuah program (short course) yang bertujuan memberikan pembelajaran kepada generasi muda untuk menjadi wirausaha. Program tersebut adalah JUARA INDONESIA Entrepreneur School (BES). Dalam rangka untuk memasifkan program tersebut, LP3S JUARA INDONESIA akan melakukan Roadshow/ sosialisasi ke sekolah-sekolah menengah dengan sasaran siswa-siswi SMA/ sederajat. Oleh karena itu, LP3S JUARA INDONESIA bermaksud mengajukan permohonan kepada Bapak/ Ibu Kepala Sekolah agar memberikan ijin kepada Kami untuk mempresentasikan program JUARA INDONESIA Entrepreneur School (BES) kepada siswa-siswi di sekolah yang Bapak/ Ibu pimpin.

Proses dimana individu memperoleh pengetahuan, bahasa, keterampilan sosial, dan nilai agar sesuai dengan norma-norma dan peran yang diperlukan untuk integrasi ke sebuah kelompok atau masyarakat. Ini adalah kombinasi dari kedua aturan diri dikenakan (karena individu ingin menyesuaikan) dan eksternal yang dipaksakan, dan harapan yang lain. Dalam pengaturan organisasi, sosialisasi mengacu pada proses di mana seorang karyawan baru ‘belajar tali,’ dengan menjadi sensitif terhadap struktur kekuasaan formal dan informal dan aturan-aturan eksplisit dan implisit perilaku. Socialization is a process of planting or transfer of customs or values and rules from one generation to another in a group or society. Some sociologists refer to socialization as a theory about the role (role theory). Because of the socialization process taught the roles to be performed by the individual. Based on the type of socialization is divided into two: primary socialization (in the family) and secondary socialization (in the community). According to Goffman both processes take place in a total institution is a place to stay and a place to work. In both institutions there are a number of individuals in the same situation apart from the general public within a certain period of living together which terkukung and formally regulated.
George Herbert Mead argued that socialization through which a person can be distinguished menlalui stages as follows. Preparation phase (Preparatory Stage)
This stage experienced since humans are born when a child prepare to recognize the social world, including to gain an understanding of ourselves. At this stage children begin to imitate activities, though not perfect. Example: The word “eat” which taught mothers to their children who are toddlers pronounced “mam”. Meaning of the word is also not precisely understood by children. Gradually the child understands the exact meaning of the word eat with the reality they experienced.
Phase mimic (Stage Play)
This stage is characterized by the more perfectly imitate a child roles are performed by adults. At this stage begin to form an awareness of self and who names the name of his brother and so on. Children begin to realize what a mother and do what is expected of a mother of a child. In other words the ability to put yourself in someone else also began to take shape at this stage. The realization that the human social world contains many people have begun to take shape. Most of these people are people who are considered to be essential for the formation and survival of the self which children absorb the norms and values. To a child these people are called the people who really count (Significant other)
Stage ready to act (Stage Game)

His ability to put yourself in someone else also increased to allow for the ability to play together. He began to realize the demand to defend the family and work with his friends. At this stage, the opponent interaction and relation getting more and more complex. Individuals begin to relate to peers outside the home. The regulations that apply outside the family also gradually beginning to be understood. At the same time children begin to realize that there are certain norms that apply outside the family.
Phase acceptance of collective norms (Generalized Stage / Generalized other)
At this stage one has been considered an adult. He was able to put himself in the position of the community at large. In other words it can be tolerant not only with the people who interact with them but also with the wider community. Aware of the importance of regulation of adult human ability to cooperate – even with other people who are not familiar – is steady. Man with the development of self at this stage have become citizens in the fullest sense.
